Top Ten Tuesday - New Additions

Top Ten Tuesday is a meme hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. This week's topic is...

New Additions!

Happy Tuesday! Today we are talking about the newest additions to our library. I don't tend to buy a lot of books, but I also cannot pass up a good sale. I am pretty sure all of these were on sale when except for one that was a First to Read book. I am actually proud of the fact that I have read four of these books. It's my bad habit to one-click and forget, so I need to acknowledge progress.

  1. The Lost Art of Mixing by Erica Bauermeister
  2. The Healing Season of Pottery by Yeon Somin
  3. Blind Kiss by Renee Carlino
  4. One Night Two Holidays by Ali Brady
  5. It Happened on Christmas Eve by Kirsty Greenwood
  1. The Summer of Perfect Mistakes by Cynthia St. Aubin
  2. Wish You Were Here by Renee Carlino
  3. The Answer Is No by Fredrik Backman
  4. How to Save a Life by Kristin Harmel
  5. The Door-to-Door Bookstore by Carstn Henn

Any new additions?

LOL, not a bad percentage! I'm proud of you.

    1. Up until recently, I had only really read her young adult books. Her books are a great place to turn when I want drama and to cry.

    1. If it's a book or author from my TBR, I cannot resist a good sale. $1.99 is a buy price for sure.

  4. Nothing new for me since I still have over 100 ebooks on my Kindle to get through.

    1. Mary, I have so many books festering on my kindle, but I cannot resist a good sale (which is why I have so many books on my kindle - LOL)

    1. I feel that is what I have to do. I have to slot those books into my weekly TBRs close to when I buy them. Otherwise, it seems I forget about them.

  7. Four out of ten isn't a bad ration at all for new additions!

  8. It is 100% my bad habit to one-click books and then promptly forget about them so reading four of these books already is AMAZING! 🙌🏽 I hope you enjoy all the ones you haven't read yet whenever you get around to them. Happy reading!

    1. I was personally very proud of myself. I need to keep that momentum going.

  9. I've been grabbing a few of the First Read books but overall, I haven't been buying much - I'm not counting cookbooks lol

I used to be a wild one clicker in the peak sale link Twitter days

    1. I used to buy more of those, but I found I would never read them. I am really trying to be more intentional. I bought more before Amazon started their new rewards program. I would get that "buy $20, get $5" email and click, click, click. It takes forever to earn any money off now, so I don't bother.

  10. I'm also terrible about one-clicking and forgetting. Out of sight, out of mind! Glad I'm not the only one. I hope you enjoy the titles you haven't gotten to yet.

    Happy TTT (on a Thursday)!
