It's time to celebrate my year in books. I will be spreading my favorites throughout a bunch of categories, but these are all favorites. For more of my favorites, check out my Five Star Friday posts. Today I will be sharing.....
Favorite Romance Books!
I thought I would start with my most read genre - romance. I read over 200 books that I classified as romances, so I had plenty to choose from. For this category, I selected ten five-star romances that were released this year. It worked out that these are all authors I have read in the past as well.
- Seven Summer Weekends by Jane L. Rosen
- Is She Really Going Out With Him? by Sophie Cousens
- Catch and Keep by Erin Hahn
- All I Want Is You by Falon Ballard
- Miranda in Retrograde by Lauren Layne
- Elizabeth in East Hampton by Audrey Bellezza, Emily Harding
- Summer Romance by Annabel Monaghan
- Just for the Summer by Abby Jimenez
- One Last Summer by Kate Spencer
- Fangirl Down by Tessa Bailey

The Jimenez book was good, and I finally started the Bailey series and listened to Fangirl Down - what fun! I still need to read the Cousens book but I've had great luck with hers in the past.
ReplyDeleteWhew! I am glad to hear you enjoyed Fangirl Down. It's one of my faves from Bailey.
DeleteA nice selection! I want to read Jimenez someday. I even have a copy of this one!
ReplyDeleteI have loved ALL her books! I hope you get a chance to check out her work.
DeleteSummer Romance is one that has made a few people's lists, so I want to read or listen to that one while sitting by the pool in Florida. Catch and Keep was another favourite of mine.
ReplyDeleteIt's interesting to read the adult books from Monaghan . They are very different from her young adult offerings, but still feature great female main characters. I honestly have loved all her books. Can't wait to hear what you think.
DeleteI am surprised that the Rom Commers is not on your list Sam ;-)
ReplyDeleteI think that one slipped through the cracks because I had so many to pick from. I did love it though.
