Canada

Books set in Canada have been finding their way to me as of late, so I thought I would feature some books set in my neighbor the north. My last cruise in 2019 went to Canada. It was rough sailing, but a beautiful country. Other than that, it had been quite a while since I visited Canada. I spent the afternoon before my Alaskan cruise in Vancouver, but that hardly counts (the airport is very nice though).

I have read three books by Bonam-Young and they were all set in Canada. The setting was not showcased much in this book, but it didn't matter because this book was so full of happiness and joy! The hero of this tale, Bo, is high on my list of best-heroes- ever. He was so kind and sweet, and the way he embraced and rose to the occasion given the situation. I loved him, and I pretty much adored everything about this book.

This was my second retelling from Edwards and both were utter delights. She did such a wonderful job depicting Niagara that I wanted to move there. It sounds picturesque and tranquil, and I think I could thrive there.

Fortune is another author who always does a wonderful job bringing me to Canada. This time, I got to enjoy the beauty and splendor of Prince Edward Island. As an Anne fan, this is obviously a bucket list place, but should I never make it there, I have Fortune's incredible tour to remember.
