Summer is Here!
I think for the month of June, I will embrace the summer theme. Last week, I shared some covers that scream "summer" to me. This week, I am going literal. These are some amazing books I read that have the word "summer" in the title.
- Same Time Next Summer by Annabel Monaghan
- Summer at the Cape by RaeAnne Thayne
- Every Summer After by Carley Fortune
- One Italian Summer by Rebecca Serle
- The Summer of No Attachments by Lori Foster
- It Happened One Summer by Tessa Bailey
- The Summer Deal by Jill Shalvis
- Second Chance Summer by Morgan Matson
- The Summer of Chasing Mermaids by Sarah Ockler
- Summer of Supernovas by Darcy Woods
Great list! It Happened One Summer was such a great read.
ReplyDeleteThat is a romance that surprised me. I never expected to like it as much as I did
DeleteLots of great summer titles here! I've read 3 of them myself.
ReplyDeleteI know you read the Fortune book, but not sure about the other two. Maybe the Matson? And the Bailey - I remember the weather things.
DeleteYears ago Second Chance Summer was on my TBR and I think I even had the paperback at one point. I felt lost interest and took it off my TBR but I remember it (and Morgan Matson) being big back then.
ReplyDeleteLet me tell you, that story has stuck with me. Makes you want to grab your family and appreciate them.
DeleteI loved It Happened One Summer too! I have my eye on One Italian Summer and I'll be reading Summer at the Cape soon.
ReplyDeleteOne Italian Summer was sort of polarizing, but I loved it. There's this one part I KNOW readers took issue with, but there's a reason why I was ok with it. I found it very touching, and I was happy with the way things played out in the end.
DeleteThose are some amazing covers. I haven't read these but I hope they are good reads.
ReplyDeleteI have read them all. They were great!
DeleteSummer is just a great word and looks so pretty on covers for some reason.

I would say most of them have a summer feel.
DeleteIt Happened One Summer is definitely one of my favorite summer reads. I think that's my favorite from Tessa Bailey so far. :)
ReplyDeleteI have to agree. I had read the Hot and Hammered (?) series. I rated the last two book high, but this book stole my heart.
DeleteI just finished It Happened One Summer two weeks ago!
ReplyDeleteI hope you liked it!
DeleteFun twist! Every Summer After remains one of my faves. I also enjoyed Serle's and Matson's books. Monaghan's is on my tbr! Happy reading, Sam!
ReplyDeleteI hope you get to read Same Time Next Summer. I loved it!
