My Week in Review
Happy Sunday! It has not been a week filled with good news for me personally, but still pushing through. Today, I was supposed to be setting sail on my Rhine River cruise. One can only imagine how sitting here in Iselin pales in comparison. ---sigh--- At least the weather is lovely, right?
Saturday morning, my mother said she needed help with a package, and lo and behold, it was my child at the door! My birthday gift came a few days early. It is by far my favorite gift. AND, she brought me my yearly moon cakes too!

What I Read Last Week
It was a pretty good reading week. I read another fun and wonderful Christmas book, The Twelve Dates of Christmas. It was rom-com-y and heartwarming, and I really liked it. Another standout for me was You Know I'm No Good. Quite emotional, dark at times, but hopeful.
