New-to-Me!
Happy Tuesday! I actually shared some of my favorite new-to-me authors of 2024 during my year-end awards, but since I logged 125 books in this category, I am going to share ten more. I have only read one book by the majority of these authors, but I have read multiple books by Sage and Meadows - all were fabulous! I did notice that most of the new-to-me authors were discovered via my library. I have reduced the number of ARCs I read, and therefore, tend to request authors whose work I am familiar with, but still, I was happy with the number of new authors I sampled last year.
- Lyla Sage - Rebel Blue Ranch Series
- Melanie Sweeney - Take Me Home
- T.I. Lowe - Lowcountry Lost
- Ellie Palmer - Four Weekends and a Funeral
- Natalie Sue - I Hope This Finds You Well
- Jessica Francis Kane - Rules for Visiting
- Annie Lyons - The Brilliant Life of Eudora Honeysett
- Jillian Meadows - Give Me Butterflies
- Erin Connor - Unromance
- Toshikazu Kawaguchi - Before the Coffee Gets Cold

Good list! It’s always interesting to see which authors people discover and enjoy. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteAhh, I should have included Lyla Sage on my list, too!
ReplyDeleteI know you didn't enjoy the books as much as I did, but I love this series. I really wish dad got a book.
DeleteAll new to me books.
ReplyDeleteGlad to share
DeleteI'd like to read Low Country Lost. I've started a Sage book, but had to set it aside because of other ARCs due. I was enjoying it, though!
ReplyDeleteLowcountry Lost was so good. I really want to read more from that author
DeleteIt looks like I missed your review for Rules of Visiting...I would have remembered that cover. I'm surprised you read a book called Unromance LOL. 125 books from new-to-you authors are (I reiterate) A LOT. I can't believe there are so many people who write at a professional level!
ReplyDeleteRules for Visiting was such a great surprise. It was a delightful tale and all the landscaping stuff was pretty interesting too. Unromance was a romance, so totally me. It had a fun premise and was executed so well by the author.
DeleteI loved Annie Lyons book too!
ReplyDeleteI hope she has something new in the works. That book was a delight.
