I have never flipped or renovated a house, but I seem drawn to stories where they do just that. I love reading about all the work and then celebrating their success. The additional requirements for renovating historical homes makes it even more interesting, and I normally learn a ton. This is also a second chance romance, and we all know I cannot resist those. Our heroine is reunited with the one that got away, and you know I want to be front and center when they find each other again.

It was love at first book for me and Kristy Woodson Harvey. I am a fan of stories that are packed with southern charm. This story sounds a bit different from others I have read, and I am eager to meet Gray and Diana. I want to learn about their dynamic and see how they bring something positive to each others lives. I tend to enjoy reading about people overcoming setbacks, so I am sure this will delight.
